This is a job like no other. Every day care professionals play a vital role in providing support, comfort and care to those who need it most. We are here to show how important, so we are currently recruiting for the following roles:
“I started working at Everycare in March 2022 and have loved every minute of it. I feel very supported by the management team. I took advantage of the referral scheme and referred my daughter who also loves working here with the flexibility it provides.”
“I love the flexibility and the sense of pride from working for Everycare. I have worked here since December 2022 and not looked back since. The management team have been fully supportive with any problems that have risen since I started. I recommend Everycare at every opportunity.”
“I have been working at Everycare since March 2023. Having had lots of previous experience in care I fitted into complex care perfectly. I have also been offered lots of different training courses to do and am now completing my NVQ Level 3 In Health and Social Care.”
“I came to Everycare in March 2023 to be part of the complex team. I loved working with the clients within the complex team and worked with them for just under a year before gaining a promotion to Team Lead for the Complex care side of Everycare, I have also recently been given the opportunity to start my NVQ Level 5 In Health and Social Care which I will be starting soon. I have never been happier and more settled in a job than I currently am here.
“I have worked with Everycare since October 2023. Since then, I have been welcomed into the team, completed multiple different training courses. Everycare fit work around my availability and are always supportive. Overall, I really enjoy working for Everycare.”

All of our roles are fully employed, with all the protections that provides. Because these are employed roles, they also attract sick pay, holiday pay, maternity and paternity paid leave too, as well as a full and comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme which includes free access to counselling and help with finances, medical help, etc.
It is definitely not required but community roles are much easier if you have your own transport and attract a higher rate of pay. Our staff use mopeds, scooters, bicycles (including E-bikes) to happily get around when needed and are paid an extra travel allowance for this.
Absolutely not! Some of our best colleagues had never worked supporting others before joining us. What is much more important is to have kindness, compassion together with commitment and flexibility when needed.
Definitely yes, for those that want this. Most Registered Care Managers started supporting people directly and if you later decided to branch your career out, we have seen carers to go on to be paramedics, nurses, midwives and social workers because of the foundations laid while supporting others.
